90 minutes to respond to text to confirm switching provider?

I had received a text and was told I had 90 minutes to respond. My response was “Thanks”

My old provider told me my number still shows up on their system. They say I needed to respond only “Yes” or “No”

 

How do I get this text resent to be able to respond within 90 min.?

Do I need to put back in the old sim card to be able to read and respond to that text?

You will need to put back the sim from the old provider.  Then you need to port your number again with the new provider (which I assume is Koodo, which is done in Self serve).  

Both the phone number originally provided with my Koodo contract is not recognized and neither is my number I wish to port over.

What do you mean not available?

Are you trying to port via your self serve?

 

Are you saying your old sim no longer works?

@charles0322 Looks like you have successfully ported over your number now.  Glad to hear all is well!
