10 business days to receive a phone


After a few hours of Koodo's Robot-in-Chief having a moment, I was finally able to place an order. Koodo predicted there was going to be a lot of orders that it would be difficult for the web store team to process them, and so they updated the order confirmation screen to say "10 business days," but they did not get enough hamsters to handle the website traffic? The delivery estimate and the crashing website are both ridiculous. 



It is also ridiculous that some posts get deleted/hidden just because they have my "name" on them.

Does it count against TELUS' churn rate when people who are only in this for them cheap phones do mass cancellations in a week or two?

You are asking a rhetorical question. That said, it's no different than any of the other carriers who have equally aggressive offers for BF.

Do you seriously not know how Koodo is different than all the other providers? There is a reason people call it the "Koodo Game." When you buy a phone for $0 on Medium Tab on Koodo, you only pay $360 to cancel. When you buy it for $0 on Fido/VM's Medium thing, you need to pay their no term price to cancel.

You dont have to buy the phone through Koodo.  You can always purchase through your Fido carrier
