zte home phone red light blinking, any ideas?

Sim is installed, and account is supposed to be active.

Take out the battery and sim card and put it back in and turn it on. If that doesn't work you'll need to contact Koodo directly for further troubleshooting. You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter or call 611.

Already tried reinstalling sim. Contacting Koodo as a real pain.

Unfortunately the guide for the modem has nothing more for troubleshooting and there's nothing else really that can be done. It might need a replacement but it's worth it to see if theres something that can be done Koodo side. You'll just have to contact Koodo or try a kiosk.
