You're still waiting to be approved on old client?

I had an account with Koodo multiple years ago before I switched to Telus.. I am now looking to switch back.. When I tried to register or log into my old account it says "Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved." Not sure how I can go about correcting this issue.

If you want to sign up for Koodo again and use your old account email, you will need to contact koodo.
I recommend sending them a private message via Facebook or Twitter

@Brody: You would need to contact Koodo directly and ask them to reset. It was a known issue if you use the previous email (that was already registered with Koodo) to create a new account. I would suggest you send message to their facebook to avoid the wait on phone (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo)
