Hi, Trying to setup my mother's online bill and I get the message below.

I have reset the password and receive the same messag.e

"You're still waiting to be approved

Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved."

Generally speaking it means multiple attempts with different emails was used. You provide an email upon signing up which is used to send you the regidtration link. You'll need to contact Koodo via Facebook messager or DM via Twitter if you cannot find it or the link won't work.
