You're still waiting to be approved

I am a new client and I just received my sim-card for my plan and when I followed the instructions to create a new self serve account I got the above message.  In doing some research it looks like I tried to create my account before it was activated.

I saw in this post: https://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/just-registered-for-seflserve-but-cant-login-error-yo... that it possible to a get rep to fix it so I`m hoping that you will be able to do that for me too.

Posting here and waiting is a passive approach. Your email registered in this forum should also be the same as the Koodo account. Otherwise it would be hard to find you.

I would suggest you send a message to their facebook and ask them to check on your account.

It is all about the efficiency. Koodo agents could pass by at sometimes today or tomorrow. Noone knows for sure. And if there is something they need to verify, they might ask you to contact them through fb or calling. That could take sometime.

If you contact through facebook, they would have to put you on the queue to respond. You might have a quicker answer that way.
