Your SIM card is changed

I have a Koodo account with 2 numbers and I started receiving a sms saying "Your <6043A> SIM card is changed". I receive this message every day or when I turn on my phone. And the sender is the other number of my account. I called the support, but they don't know what is happening. Does anybod have the same issue?

6045 is an Alcatel idol think. Look under security for that phone and see if sim notifications are on
