Your plan is not eligible to be changed at this time - no other changes have been made this month, Help!

When I signed up for home phone I distinctly remember adding the $3 international saver however when I checked today it is not on my plan, instead it shows the Intl Pay per use plan. I have been trying this morning to switch from intl pay per use and back to the $3 saver and keep getting the error 'Your plan is not eligible to be changed at this time'. I have made no other changes this month and don't want to call for something I should be able to do online.


I don't have FB so can't DM on there, please help me figure this out I have to call my grandparents in Ireland this weekend :(

The pay per use cannot be removed. We have the International LD saver too - I'm looking at our plan and this is what it shows. are you saying yours shows something different?

I think Elizabeth is trying to add the $3 feature not remove it Sophia. :-)

I am having this same problem.  Online wont allow me to add the LD Saver. I keep getting that error message.  I need to call to Mexico tomorrow and want to add this before im charged 30 for a conversation lol

I'm getting the message "your plan is not eligible to be changed at this time" on my kodoo wireless home phone. I have been trying for over two weeks. I went to the kodoo shop & they told me that if I'm unable to do online then I should call but I don't want to pay $10 for something that is supposed to work online. Your online chart says that ad-on can be done online or at the shop & both haven't worked for me. Any help????

You can't change plans for wireless home phones as there is only one. Add-ons (really only one) can be done online. What were you trying to do?

Uhmmmm nope.....say could what would be the point.....all of the cellphone plans are more expensive. 
I am just saying that it is possible to change. I did it because I returned the Wireless Hub, and kept the line active for a few more days.
