you should get better services to help us if we have physically broken our phones in a way you can't help us fix them now.

I haven't physically broken a phone with you guys yet but I know a few people that have and it wasn't that it was dropped. The phone just broke on them and the rep said that it had to be dropped to brake. Sometimes it doesn't for it to break.

Thanks for the feedback. We've taken a look into this and decided to start offering an Extended Warranty. The Warranty protects against accidental physical damage along with extending the standard warranty to 2 years.
