Which arrangement did you have? If you had some extra overage on top of it, that might trigger the disconnection also.

If you want to reconnect, you need to contact them directly (Send message to their facebook or call). The forum is a public place, people (customers like you) don't have access to your account.

You can also dial #227 to connect directly with the billing department to figure out what happened. If you need service back asap that would be the fastest way.
