Hi there!

I will suggest you to contact Koodo to get this fixed... your profile needs to be deleted and then a new one could be created, easier way to avoid this conflicts in the future...

Is this for you own account? or are you the user and not the account holder?

Did you use a different email than the one you have when you signed up? You will need to contact Koodo directly by sending them a Private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can make the change and send you a email to start your set up process
