Wth is up with self serve. Not been able to view my usage in weeks. Just a blank blue screen with the green bar. Rest of page won't load.

So have you also tried other browsers and devices ? What does t self-serve app tell you when you attempt to sign in?

@ Lisa We haven't received any feedback like the one you are experiencing. Looks like you are using an iPhone and I suspect the issue is isolated to the app on your phone. I would suggest deleting the app and reinstall as often that fixes many glitches. Let us know if that helped.

Once your profile was deleted it miraculously started working on your iPad? Very odd. :-)

Called Koodo directly. They deleted my profile and we started over. Now everything is running tickety boo!!! Yay!!

I pad, phone and laptop.i was having the same problem on all three devices. Laptop uses internet explorer and safari on phone and iPad. And even the self serve ap on my phone.

i'm having this same problem. the app won't let me sign in, says that it's a corporate e-mail address or that my account is cancelled. the website lets me sign in but half of the self serve tabs won't load. chrome on my cell is just green and explorer on my computer is blue with a white box. I used to be a koodo customer years ago, then switched to telus for 3 years or so because I wanted a certain phone that koodo didn't carry, and then in February I was happy to switch back to koodo. I have been unable to get proper service since coming back. I couldn't remember my password from years back so I was needing a password request and just got a statement about the website being under maintenance for weeks. I was able to reset my password today but now this. I was able to finally pay my bill that was shown as well(even though it doesn't seem like the correct amount, and I can't look at usage etc to see what's going on.)  Because there is no koodo location in my area, a functioning website is a must have. I'm now going to be forced to make a phone call and try to straighten all of this out. Usually calling companies means calling some kind of call centre where there is nothing but miscommunication problems and headaches. Hopefully this isn't the case but I'm starting to regret switching.
