Maybe they entered your email incorrectly.

If all your attempts fail, give Koodo a shout (*611 on your koodo cell its a free call)

Hi Wade,

Did you create a self-serve account since you hooked up your phone? The accounts are not created when you activate your phone, which is why you might be having this issue... If you have not registered for a self-serve account, just go and click the register button on the login page you are using.

Hope this helps

Idea was floated before to have self-serve account created as part of the activation process. Seems like an innocent enough assumption that once new customers have an account, they should be able to access it without needing a secondary process.

Would result in more smiles and less *&^%$# attitude being served up.

Well, it's a pretty simple process to sign up for self serve.. "What's your e-mail address, name, phone number and account number" It's not an extensive process, plus who wants to tell the rep at the counter what password they want to use on the self-serve account? It also seems like it could be a security issue as well....

Some people are more simple than others, especially in what they ASSuME, and if you're designing a system for the general public...

A perfect example of why some people experience poor customer service. (And not just from Koodo.) Start with an attitude like that and it can only go downhill from there.

HolyHoundz,
Self serve accounts are created instantaneously. Only thing that takes time to work is pre-authorized payments.

Once again, Self serve accounts are instantaneous. I got mine from day one, as do most customers. The only thing that takes a full bill cycle before it becomes active are pre-authorized payments. I don't know why you had to wait a month.
