I put in the wrong IEMI number when registering my sim card online and creating my account. How can I change it?

You might have to contact Koodo prepaid to have this corrected. Or you can log in to your self serve account and click "mobile phone/change phone"

Hi, I looked in self serve and couldn't find a mobile phone/change phone option...

You shouldn't need to put in the IMEI # at all... the only thing that Koodo really needs to know is what SIM card you have.
