wrong e-mail

Hi, when i bought my phone with Koodo plan 3 days ago, the guy entered wrong e-mail in my profile. I saw this later on the sheet he gave me. Now i can get to my self serve. I don`t know if this is the problem. Also i request e-billing, and i am not sure if i get my e-bill once the e-mail is entered wrong. How can i change it? Thank you!

By default, ebilling will notify you by text message and not email, specifically because of this situation. It will definitely cause problems signing in to self serve. To fix it you'll need to contact customer service. It should take 5 minutes or less.
