I placed an order online today to upgrade my phone. I reviewed my email & the wrong phone is confirmed. LG G5 instead of LG G6. I need immediate assistance to correct this please so I don't get sent the wrong phone. Help!
Don't panic too much. Orders tend to take a few days before they are shipped. You will have to contact the webstore or you may be able to just send Koodo off a message on Facebook and they can help you out.
