Notifications are still being sent to an old email address that I haven_'t used in 2 years. When I check my profile, only my current email address is listed. How is this possible, and how do I stop them???
Hey Sandy! What type of notifications are being sent? Notifications advising that your bill is ready, changes to your account or other types of notifications? Can you make sure that the notifications are for your current Koodo account? Let us know :)
That probably means that you provided us that email during the activation process, and it was never changed in your account. You can send us a private message on Facebook or Twitter and we'll look into it :) Thanks!
