wrong billing perhaps

i had 25 $ plan and all of sudden i get a bill of 59$ without my 100 mins of free talk time being used.It shows airtime usage of 36 mins and data usage of 0.24 MB AND HAS CHARGED 7 $ for the data.Is it some kind of error?

Hi Karen;

Have you looked at page 3 of your bill? It should break down all the charges.

Were you calling long distance perhaps, or to a non toll free number?

YEah!!but that was jst a missed call and also tariif for .24 mb data is 7$ which seems too high

What is your plan? Is your $25 Canada wide plan or Local minutes plan?
Did you make 36 min of long distance calls?

@ Karan, if you look at your bill on page 3 you will see an international call, data usage (you have no data included in your plan) and additional airtime usage over and above what is included in your plan.  Depending on your needs you may want to upgrade to a plan that includes more than what you have currently.
