Wrong bill. Charged for last month again PLUS this month's bill.

I paid last month's bill on time, but this month, I'm being charged for this month PLUS last month. Why? I paid online, so I have proof of last month's payment in my bank statements.

When was your previous bill's due date?  When did you make payment for this bill and using what method?

Dec.'s bill was actually lower than the usual $56.00, so I had to enter a new amount, $45.40. I accidentally paid $45.50 though, just 10 cents more. My current bill says "Balance forward from your past bill - $45.40" plus a late charge of $0.91.

Is it $45-50 or around $100?

The only think I can think of is that the account number was entered incorrectly or there was an error between koodo and the bank.  Can you check the account number you used for payment matches the account number on your ebill?

Dennis is right, LKC.  Check back to your banking info.  We see that the last time a payment was made was Nov 28 for $56.
