wrong bill

I paid my February bill on February 9 through my bank account because I was informed that Koodo failed to collect through it. But today I received my bill of March which showed I have to pay March's bill together with February's. This is rediculous.

If payment is not received by a certain point the latest bill includes the previous month and it doesn't get updated.

What does your self-serve say for amount owing when you log in?

Basically. You can check your self-serve as it'll be updated more on what you owe. What does it say vs your bill? Is it less or the same?

Your last payment was reversed as it may have had not enough funds on the account for pre-auth bank draft or some other issue. So the outstanding payment was carried over and there is now a past due. You will have to settle that to not risk line suspension Dong.
