Wrong amount billed

If the data charge of 5.00 was applied right on the same day that I upgraded to a new phone, I don't think I should have to pay it. I asked the Koodo employee who was setting up my new phone that I wanted the data shut off through the company ( not just in the phone's settings) since I did not intend to use it at this time.

To my knowledge, the bill shows data usage as one lump sum, for the amount of data used and corresponding cost. For example, 200MB $10. If you can indicate that usage in question was related to the same time as your upgrade, call into care to discus it. *611 it's a free call from your phone
