Wow call wait times are really long

Was on hold prior to this for 2 hours got disconnected and another 3 hours. What happened to the call back feature?

I dont even get acknowledged here! Well I guess that is consistent with the treatment I have received via phone and Facebook.

There are some stuff that have been taken down for security reasons. The facebook page does get monitored so if you want to send them a message and avoid the calling wait times then you can do that.

@ Mathieu - i tried facebook before i came her and started ranting. I sent several messages with no response. I even tried posting my very unhappy comment on the site and still no response. that was yesterday... and still no acknowledgement or response on facebook.

How long has it been? They've been hit with greater than normal messages so they will take longer to respond. I'm guessing a lot longer than the "usual” 2-4 hours?

@ Goran - My first message was at 1150am yesterday (marked as seen, but never got a response). I tried again this morning and now they are issuing an automatic reply "We’re so popular right now that it’s taking longer than usual to reply, but we will" ... i guess its improvement as at least now I'm being acknowledged. 

@ Mathieu - The poor customer service isnt just the wait time. Instead of telling customers after the fact that some self serve options have been taking down for security reasons, it would be more helpful to update the websites and STOP telling people that is an option on the "101 on SIM cards site" - that is probably the first place customer look for this info.

I was disconnected after an hour, and have since been back on hold for the past hour and thirty mins... this is the longest I've ever been on hold with any company.

I worked at a call centre where when the hold times were longer than an hour we would have a live person answering calls promising to call the client back and taking down their contact information. We would have a dedicated team of agents call back each customer.

Why isn't this an option?

Just an update - I was disconnected after waiting another four hours. I dialled them again, and have been on hold for 45 mins now.

1hr 30 minutes for me.  Absolute BS!   Maybe I'll see if Bell will answer my call.
