Won't accept same credit card

I recently pre-ordered a phone from Koodo as a new customer but decided to cancel the order (which they did) so I could get a different phone. However, I found that I am unable to purchase the new phone even though I used the same info/credit card?

I would appreciate any input, thanks!

I'm getting

"There's a problem with the credit card you've provided. Your credit card hasn't been charged, and your order won't be processed. To place an order, you must have a valid Canadian credit card and your billing address should match the records on file with your card issuer.
Please try again later or visit one of our stores nearby."

If you are sure the credit card info is being entered correctly then your card might be flagged because of your earlier order that you then cancelled.

Try contacting them by either calling or a Facebook /Twitter message.
