Wish I could speak with a real person. I cannot access my account, can't make a payment, can't get a copy of past bills, can't set up automatic payments from my bank (AGAIN). No solutions. I try to create a new account and it won't let me, saying that my email address (which they told me didn't exist) exists. Koodo wants my money fast enough, but won't provide customer service as fast as I want it.

Hi Erin,

You will need to call in and get a representative to reset your self serve account for you. You will need to call *611 from your Koodo phone, there will be no charge to speak with a rep to get the account reset. Once that is done, you will be able to access all of this in self serve.
