Wish I could speak with a real person. I cannot access my account, can't make a payment, can't get a copy of past bills, can't set up automatic payments from my bank (AGAIN). No solutions. I try to create a new account and it won't let me, saying that my email address (which they told me didn't exist) exists. Koodo wants my money fast enough, but won't provide customer service as fast as I want it.
