Hi, I didn't pay my bill because I changed my mastercard and forgot to change cards linked with my account. My wireless service account has been cancelled and I want to reconnect, but my account on koodo has been removed from the database and I can't reach any customer service lines because my phone is not with koodo anymore apparently... Help please.

If it's been disconnected and account closed you'll have to set up a new account but it must have been awhile if the account is closed and you can't access self serve.
You'll need to call customer service at 1-866-995-6636, or +1 647-788-4337.

It may have been cancelled for non-payments. In this case, you have to contact Koodo and ask which collections agency it went to.

Their recorded message needs to be more specific.  With a threat of getting cut off

For privacy Reasons I'm sure they can't be more specific

If they are calling the account owner, I think it is way more private than what collections does.

Even collections departments won't discuss debts details unless they verify who they're speaking to.
