Have wireless home service and want to add on the $3/month LD international rate saver. When I try to add this to my account it tells me my account is not currently eligible for the add on. How long does it take before I can get the add on? Our service has been up and running since yesterday.
I think you may indeed be too quick, Daphne. If it can wait, it's best to add it when the new billing period starts (probably in a few days)... if it's urgent, contact Koodo on Facebook and they will manually add it for you
