I know Koodo doesn't currently offer name display for incoming or outgoing calls, but on the wireless home phone it would be nice to see the name of the person who is calling.

I'm sure that will come in the near future. Every "home" phone has had this feature available. Just give it some time.

Hey Maran - the service itself only supports the display of the number. If you have names saved on your home phone hardware, then they will appear as saved.

Wireless service generally does not support name display. For now, only Rogers/Fido offers name display on wireless service as an add-on (don't know if Fido's wireless home phone service supports it).

On your wireless home phone, you get cellular voice. Pro's are that you're on a nomadic service (no moving fees, take the adapter with you, keep your number wherever you go), low monthly cost to have many calling features (getting all those features on a POTS line would be expensive), doesn't require internet (unlike VOIP). Con's are no fax (or any dial-up data), no name display.
