Hi Real Ouellette,

You will be able to pick a currently available number for your region! You don't have to port any number to get the home phone.

Have rec'd the wireless home phone, and nothing in regards to a new number. You would think there would be a pretty obvious way to do this - but, nope. My father would have had a stroke by now trying to get this set up.

Hi Jody, I see that your wireless home phone was shipped yesterday, and the SIM is in the process of being activated by an agent which should happen today. Once this happens, you will receive an email with your phone number via email as David mentioned. Apologies for the delay!

Thank you Kelsey! I'll be patient!

Sophia, why would I start a new thread? That's exactly why this community is so frustrating to find answers to a question. If someone is searching for a question, they shouldn't have to click on 40 different threads to see if the answer they are looking for is in one of those 40 threads.

@Jody McAdam,
    The more threads there are with concise titles and questions the more likely the search algorithm will find valuable results. Creating a new thread also means those subscribed to the current one will not be receiving notices of a further reply.

  While your post was close to the original topic, and the topic was reasonably recent, many are neither, thus the request from Mobile Masters to start a fresh topic - it simply keeps it cleaner!
