I ordered a phone and monthly plan today with the double minutes. Will I get the updated plan since I ordered and paid today or since I won't have the phone till after July 2 to activate it, should I cancel and just go to a local store to purchase?

Hi there Susan... Your phone may arrive to you already activated or with a reserved account that you will need to call in to activate..

For sure you will get your phone after July 2nd when the promo expires, but my recommendation to you is to contact Koodo and expose your case in case you were late to get the promo plans, a proof of purchase with a date earlier than July 2nd should be enough to honor the plan for you...

You may wait until they deliver your phone, probably when you get it, it is already active, the if you see it is not, then you should call...

I tried to get the special deal new plan until July 2 . I logged in my Koodoo account, then ordered a new plan and a new phone. When I went to check out a pop up came on and said that I was unable to add subscribers to an account. If I wanted to add a subsciber I need to create a new account....What is a subscriber ??? I don;t want one. Just this new plan.....

To get a new plan just sign in to your self serve account online and change your plan there.

Hi there Donna... If you are trying to add a second line to your account and the system does not let you, it may be because your credit class does not allow you, you were granted the services based on your credit rating, you may always call and inquiry....
