I highly doubt it. They might whenever the Note 6 comes out and Telus needs to get rid of Note 5's, but  the will only have the lowest size capacity possible. Why don't you buy one unlocked and bring it over to Koodo?

How would I do that? And would that mean I have to pay full price for it?

Regardless where you go, you end up paying full price. If you  go to a store like Bell/Rogers/Telus, you are paying 100$ per month for the same plan you can get at Koodo for 65$ per month. That's a 35$ difference, you keep paying throughout your entire stay at that provider. Not to mention the 360$ you still have to pay upfront to get your hands on the phone you want.

So, let's look at Koodo:

Cost of the phone upfront: 860$
Cost of the plan for 2 years: 1560$

Total cost for two years: 2420$

Not let's look at Telus:

Cost of the phone upfront: 360$
Cost of the plan for 2 years: 2400$

Total cost for two years: 2760$

I will again remind you that your plan will keep costing you 100$ per month even after the phone is paid off.

Here is a ebay link for the phone that is currently listed at 780$, so that would already bring down your 2 year cost to 2340$.
