I have a 3gb data plan. I use to use the koodo mobile app because the data it used wasn’t charged against my plan. If I use the mobile website will koodo credit me back the data used? I used the mobile app to check my usage, now I don’t have that option.
Hi Daniel, happy to tell you that you will not be charged for any data directed to Koodo self serve website, Koodo can tell when you access the site and nullify it counting towards your allotment of data.
@ Daniel, you could also consider switching to a shock-free-data plan which would send notifications and automatically block you once you reached your monthly data allotment. You could unblock by a simple response to a text.
