will i be billed for a whole new cycle if i fail to cancel before the new new cycle day? Customer service department are closed now.

I have a monhtly roll account with koodo mobile but will like cancel my service, unfortunately i could not do that tonight before their close of business. It's a new cycle tomorrow 28th. If i cancel tomorrow, will i be billed for a whole month or just 1 day?

I'm thinking just the one day. "If you cancel your service, you remain responsible for your Koodo Tab and for all amounts chargeable to your account up to the time the service is cancelled. Any recurring charges that were billed at the beginning of your billing cycle or any credit balance under five dollars will not be refunded when your service is cancelled".

My understanding is that under the Wireless Code, an 'early cancellation fee' is based on the remainder of the device subsidy owed. People generally refer to this as paying off the remainder of their Tab balance.
