Some towers are 1700,some are 2100 and some are both. This phone will only work on LTE where there is a 2100 MHz signal.

Hi Robert,  is there a website showing the tower locations and frequencies?  I'm in a similar situation thinking in buying a phone with these 3G and 4G frquencies support:
3G: WCDMA 900 / 2100MHz (Band 8 / 1)
4G: FDD-LTE 800 / 900 / 1800 / 2100 / 2600MHz (Band20 / 8 / 3 / 1 / 7)

Do you know whether this tool is reliable ?  I hate to have to ask for every phone ...

Kiddos voice/text services run on 3G 850/1900. Based on the specs you're writing, that phone won't work with koodo.
