I'm not sure what is going on with my phone, I have an LG G3 phone and this is the second month that my WiFi has been turned off and I'm not sure how. Last month I received a text notification letting me know I had used 50% of my data, which was great I was able to see the WIFI disabled and turned it back on. Well this morning I was on my phone and just thought I would check the WIFI to make sure it connected to work, and low and behold my WIFI was turned off and apparently I have used 454 mb of my 500 mb. I have not received any notification letting me know I was at 50%. Now I have no data for the next month. Also when I check my data through self serve it's showing only 20mb used.

Firstly the data counter on your device is wildly inaccurate. It doesn't count the way Koodo does for billing. And it also counts mms use which koodo doesn't. whatever self serve says should be considered your current use.

For your phone, you'll need to perform a factory reset. Make sure to backup anything important before you do this as a factory reset would erase all of your personal data and return your phone to the condition it was when it left the factory.
