Why so many problems with Koodo prepaid?

New uswer to Koodo and all I can say to date is that this service is very poor. Several times already the newtwork indicates it is down for no apparent reason at all. Is this the way Koodo pretends to be the number 1 service provider ?

Koodo may have a sense of humor but never "pretends" to be anything, except maybe a Jedi on May 4th.

Where abouts are you located?
Could be an issue in that area

I've been on prepaid since Koodo started it, never had any issues... as Tyler said could be a temporary issue.

Can you share more details such as your location? Does Telus/Bell usually have reach where you are? (Koodo shares the same towers, and if Telus has poor reception there, Koodo can't perform miracles...)

Currently in Markham Ontario. The issue is that 3 other people have Koodo as I although on a contract and they never seem to have problems such as I do on a prepaid plan

Alright, Edward, you say you are having problems but you're being very vague and seem to be avoiding the question that is going to help you, which is, what is the problem you're having on prepaid? Help us so we can (try to, at least) help you.
