Why Long Distance charges on a Canada-Wide Talk+Text plan?

I am on the "Canada-Wide Talk + Text 35 Dbl" plan. There are supposed to be "no long distance or roaming charges anywhere in Canada – period". Yet, on my bill, there are long distance charges for a call from Toronto to Hamilton. Did Koodo make a mistake?

Are they charged under the Long Distance category of the call details?

Also, did you switch plans this month? I've seen billing errors happen when switching from a canada wide plan to a different canada wide plan.

C Tyler: Yes, they were listed under Long Distance category, and they were included in the total.

Timo: I didn't switch plans, but I did change my phone number.

System error then. Call customer service, get them to check the details and they should be able to reverse the charges.

Timo - thanks. What's the number for Customer Service? I don't see it on the web site or on my bill.
