I set up a mobile phone number in Koodo last day, but when I try to register for silf service system, the system requires my driver's licence number. However, I don't have a driver's licence, and I just used my passport and MUN ID card to set up account.

How can I solve this problem?

Try using the id you provided at activation. The system doesn't have fields for passport or other ID, only license number or sin number.

It doesn't work. I try my MUN ID, passport No, Study Permit No, all of them have been defeated by the system.

Try the passport number with the letters PP in front of it. If it still doesn't work call customer service, they can help.
