Why is the Galaxy S2x with Jelly Bean looking like the Galaxy Ace 2x with ICS?

What you're seeing is Samsung's newest version of touchwiz. It's the interface they give all of their phones and it's not just the Ace IIx that looks like that (The S3 and Note 2 do as well). If you're looking for a stock Android experience you'll want a Nexus phone or you can install an app called Nova Launcher.

@thenixter. What you are saying is that the Ace 2x had the latest Touchwiz UI version for a while and the S3 and Note 2 just got it? Is it that or am I wrong?

Exactly as Jonathan said below. Since the S2x came out a while before the Ace IIx did they were both running ICS but the interface of the S2 was the older one and with the 4.1.2 update it's been brought up the newer one. Hope that clears it up, I know it's confusing lol.

No because the S III and Note 2 came out before the Ace II X. The Touchwiz version is now called Nature UX. The S II X is an older device but has been updated to a newer OS and updated UI.
