Why am I getting voicemails?

I got a TEXT plan and a 100mo of data, Someone have call me and leave a message, Why i got a vocal message, when i got no vocal plan? now i just only get a notification on my phone for a message that i dont want i cant delete it? Why you give vocal message, when we dont want a vocal plan?????

All plans include voice mail regardless of other features/add ons.

If you are on prepaid and don't have minutes to check them, you can check your voice mail by dialing your number on a landline. When your voicemail picks up press * (might be #) and you will be able to log into your voice mail. From there you can listen to your messages and if you really want, record a message for people saying you don't check your voicemail and not to leave you a message.

Yeah it wont stop it completely (some people don't listen) but it should help cut down the amount of messages you receive in cases like this.

maybe just leave your answering machine saying "this machine doesn't accept messages".Maybe increase the chances of nobody leaving messages if they think they can't.

If you call customer service, they can actually disable voicemail for you completely if you would like. Just dial *611 from your Koodo phone.
