why haven't I been offered better plan?/ bill is ridiculous

My bills have been absolutely crazy. I should have been offered a better plan when you saw the money I have been spending. Instead you cut my service. I will be putting $200 on it tomorrow through RBC. Please restore service and offer me a better plan. It won't even let me look at other plans. I need this phone for work. I'm an escort and can't make money without it. Let's get this figured out. Thank you.

It's not Koodo's responsibility to "offer you a better plan" if you see your bill is out of wack, then it's your personal responsibility to examine what's available to you and make a change accordingly.


When you pay via RBC your payment could take 3-4 business days to appear on your acct. If you've been disconnected, there is an additional 35$ fee to reconnect.


If you need the phone right away, I suggest making a payment via credit or visa debit card either online or over the phone. I do believe you can also pay at a Koodo Kiosk.
