It seems to take a very long time for Koodo to send a bill by email. Even to look at the account online it seems to take up to ten days. Right now my account says 25 days to my next billing, when they have posted the last one yet. Most places send the bill right away I think. It seemed snail mail was faster! There is room for some tightening up I believe.
