Why do my bills keep going up every month when I am not using more minutes?

My bill seems to go up every month. I rarely ever use the phone for calls, only for checking Facebook and sending txt messages. I rarely leave my house and therefore am connected to my home wifi 90% of the time. So why was my bill $89 last month when I am supposed to be paying $75 per month?

Page 3 of your bill will show you the charges for the month. Have a look at that first.

From the sound of it it might be data. Just because you think you are connected to wifi it doesn't always work out like that. Post the 3rd page of your bill (minus your personals) and in seconds someone here will tell you why the charges are going up.

BTW... My bill this month is $93.72. Even more than last month.
I am not using much data. I mostly just send and receive plain old text messages. $100 for that just seems more than a bit excessive. Starting to think I made a mistake going with this plan.

You have to look at the actual bill. Which means logging into your Self Serve account on your computer then pull up the PDF bill.

In the billing section you can download a .pdf of your bill, that will give you an idea from where you're getting charged.

I think you're showing the usage of your current billing cycle (which probably hasn't ended yet).
You would need to look at your last bill. From the Self Service, click on the Billing tab, then click the E-Bill sub-tab. Select the latest bill that was issued. The summary of you supplemental charges should be on page 3.

Do what quasarito just said. That usage info isn't going to tell you anything useful.

If you want to know what the charges are, this is what you do. Not checking your "usage". Check your actual bill.

Your bill is not going up Anibal. For the last few months you have been overpaying and the credit on your account has grown to a hefty size. There is a negative sign in front of the dollar amount on your bill, which means you are in a credit position.
