I registered for self serve and validated my email. But the first time i logged in it says i need to use a new email. So I enter both of my emails and each time it says "these are existing emails, please choose another" or something like that. the only time it works is if I enter completely random email but then i have to validate it lol

You're registered as an account manager instead of the account owner. Call customer service, they'll need to sort it out on the back end.

There is only one account owner profile allowed per account. This slot is taken by the first email address registered to the account. If there are any errors/typos in this email address the account owner profile cannot be completed. Any subsequent attempts to register will create account manager profiles, which must be approved by the account owner (who doesn't exist) before they can get access to the account. The only way to fix the problem is to delete the invalid owner profile and create a valid one. For obvious reasons it is not desirable to allow users to delete profiles they can't login to, hence the call to customer service.

Are you saying in this case for example Natasha has given a different email address at the time of activation? She later on goes online and tries to register with a differnt email address again and that breaks the system?

More or less. It may have been a store rep that entered it wrong though, or it may have been a typo.

Thats is probable because you have used those email addresses before to register for your self serve account. If you did and know your password you can login and link it with your new cell or click the forget password link from the login screen to try and reset the password so you may access the account. I hope that helps.
