This is silly, why do I need an outside account to login in order to get help from Koodo when I am already logged into Koodo? Now my profile, email address and friend list has been sent off to a 3rd party? Is this the only way to get any assistance from Koodo without paying?

Koodo vs Get Satisfaction. Get Satisfaction is the one which this forum falls on, therefore a separate login is required.

You're not obligated to sign in with facebook. You can just sing in with an normal e-mail address. Or there is also the option of calling customer service to get assistance!

@ Yvan The NSA already knows where you live, what you eat for breakfast and even reads your mind. :-) That's a bigger worry than where you eamil address may end up.

That said this is probably one of the best places to get help because we are all pretty much customers so you will get the straight goods. Calling for help is so passe. :-)

You don't need FakeBook to log on. Go into Koodo app then Community.

You still need a Get Satisfaction account to post if you choose not to use Facebook.

Ur rite Myke. I went in via Koodo app. When I did my first post Get Satisfaction came up and synced with my Google + account. Easy breezy.
