Yes I was trying to register on Koodo self serve and it keeps asking me for a new e-mail adress...I have already sent 2 of my adresses

Oh i see ! to fix this problem you have to call Client care by dialing *611 from you cell or 1-866-995-6636 from a diffrent phone. They will erase all the profiles on your account and help to create one from scratch.

Is this about your self serve account? Dial *611 from you Koodo phone or call 1-866-995-6636 from any other phone. They will help you to fix the problem

You're profile is set up as the account manager instead of the account owner. Manager profiles must be approved by the account owner before they have access to anything, which is why you are only seeing the change email page. Call customer service to get it fixed.
