why did my anytime minutes change on my plan. I did not change plans

I think it might just be the way you're reading it. As long as you didn't change your plan then Koodo can't do it without your permission.

thank you, but i can read. It was a plan I have had for several years and now it has changed. the cost is the same. but the anytime minutes have changed.

When looking at past bills vs current....what was the plan you see on a past bill and is it different than the plan on the most recent bill?

At this point, it's most likely better if she just calls customer service at *611 from her Koodo phone like Dennis suggested so a rep who can see the exact info can tell her whats going on
