Why choosing Koodo was the best decision for me!

I've been a Koodo customer now for almost 1 year and I couldn't be happier. You see I've been a loyal Bell customer for years, and have been an employee of theirs for a portion of that time. Even when I separated ways with Bell as an employer I still remained loyal as a consumer; loyalty is definitely a character trait of mine. Just over a year ago I ran into more issues with Bell's infamous billing and client services as did my girlfriend. I've almost come to associate Bell with billing issues. I don't mean for this to be a Bell bashing email as I'm not like that, I'm simply trying to give you insight as to where I'm coming from. Eventually I couldn't defend my decision to stay with them and decided to switch porviders. I am a very well informed consumer and also understand this industry so after visiting all providers I had made my decision. Koodo was going to be my new service provider and I was very excited. Well that excitement has now become praise and more satisfied as a consumer I could not be. I have had zero issues, none, zilch, nil and although it almost seems silly to be this happy over the notion that this is really what a client has every right to expect. So Koodo, Koodo employees and all those under the Koodo brand. Koodos to you!

Thanks for the compliments Marc! I'm glad we had been able to meet your expectations. While I hope that we will able to continue to deliver mobile "happiness" for you, if for whatever reason we somehow mess up please let us know about that as well. There's always room for improvement, but Koodo is known to have low prices for smartphones and not too shabby pricing for its mobile service. Maybe they'll have a Christmas promotion coming up soon!
