Hey guys, can anyone explain to me why my data use isnt synchronised with my bill payments? In other words, i got my e-bill on nov 16th, paid it on the 17th, and reached my limit for data a few days later. But now i still have to wait until december 1st until i can start using data again. Is there a way to change this so that when i pay my bill, the data thing starts to 0 again? thanks

No the billing date cannot be the same as your billing cycle close date.

There is a delay between when your billing cycle date closes and when your bill arrival date.

Why not just use set your billing cycle date as your target when you monitor data usage instead of the bill arrival date?

Your phone has a built in data monitor for you to set up.
Check on self serve when your next billing cycle starts. That's the first day of your billing cycle.

Then, from your phone - Settings - Data usage - (change your cycle)
Install the koodo self serve app.

• Monitor your data, text or voice usage
• Check your account balance
• Make a payment
• Add, remove or change your add-ons
• Manage your Five Essentials list
• Ask questions and get answers
• Stay up-to-date on the latest phones, promos, and more
Plus, you won’t be charged data fees when using it, even while traveling abroad with a 4G (HSPA) device.

This is way more reliable.
