why are cell plans cheapper in the use than here ?

You mean USA? It's a more densely populated country to start with, with more people... and if you really start comparing, Canada is actually not worse (I did the math once) :D

Why is everything more expensive in Canada than the US. My car cost $4,000 less, food cost less, electronics etc. But I still wouldn't want to move there. :-)

You also have to consider that they have a lower minimum wage at 7.25 per hour compared to Canada's lowest at 9.75. Cost of living reflects salary. That's not to say that our wages are on par with our expenses...just some food for thought.
