Why am I not authorized to view details of my account?

I used to log into my account to check on my data usage throughout the month so I didn't go over but now it tells me I am not authorized to view my details. Why not??? It is my usage after all!!

Hi Mona,

It could be that your account was accidentally set up as a sub account, not as the main account. You can call Koodo (*611) and they will be able to rectify that as you wait :D Then you can indeed view and edit your own details!

How bad. Your account might be set up as "Manager" not "Owner".
You will need to call *611 so customer service can change the level of access that your self serve account has.

No need to give the exact same answer as Sophia an hour later Xavier unless you have something constructive to add to what has already been said, if you agree with an answer just star said answer and move on as mirroring answers is frowned upon in the forum ;-)
keep up the efforts though in helping in the forum, just a little tip that might help in how your efforts are percieved by others in the community :-)
